kozumi, it's a story that goes back a bit...
Kozumi was born out of our passion for the art of Japanese cooking. We have created products that combine tradition, innovation and superior quality, to offer the very best of Asian cuisine to discerning chefs and connoisseurs.
For several years now, we've been active in the world of Asian cuisine, with the creation of Sushi Robots, the Japanese Cuisine Academy and the French and European Sushi Championships.
Our history
2015 - CREATION OF SUSHI ROBOTS
Sushi Robots is the specialist in professional equipment for Japanese and Asian cuisine. Since 2014, we have been offering top-of-the-range machines for preparing Sushi, Ramen, Poke bowls, Gyozas and much more. Our mission: to make chefs' work easier while guaranteeing the authenticity and quality of Asian flavours.
2023 - Creation of the japanese cuisine academy
The Japanese Cuisine Academy, a Qualiopi-certified training centre, is dedicated to passing on the art of Japanese cuisine. Reserved for professionals, it provides training in the authentic techniques and skills of Japanese cuisine, guaranteeing a mastery of quality and authenticity.
2024 - Creation of the French Sushi Championship
After a successful seventh edition in Paris, we're organising the eighth French Sushi Championship on 2 April at the Sandwich & Snack Show! This event is an opportunity to discover the best talents in Japanese cuisine in France and to celebrate their creativity around sushi.
