After each use, wash the board by hand with warm water and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly and dry carefully. We recommend avoiding the dishwasher, as prolonged heat and humidity can cause the board to warp.
The board should not be placed near a source of intense heat. For storage, keep the board flat or upright in a dry, well-ventilated place.
