The Hasegawa chopping board has two main advantages. It's robust: the wooden core prevents warping and bending from long-term use. It's always stable and dishwasher safe. (Be careful not to use it at too high a temperature). It's lightweight: the wooden core reduces the weight of 30% compared with other solid plastic cutting boards.
